As we approach the year-end, it's an opportune moment to reflect on the collective efforts and successes of our members in embracing and advocating for healthier lifestyles.

By fostering awareness and education, Health4ALL aims to create a ripple effect, promoting wellness practices that positively impact individuals and communities alike.

Acago Bernadette Virginia, Uganda NCDs Advocate:

• Sucessfully reduced sugar consumption by embracing a high-protein, low-carb diet.

• Shifted from carbonated drinks to increased water and fruit intake.

• Prioritizing early sleep for overall well-being.

Adejuwon Esther Oluwatomisin, Nursing Student, Achievers University (Content Writer for Health4ALL):

• Eliminated carbonated drinks from her diet.

• Maintains hydration through alternatives like water, fruit juice, and healthy smoothies.

Raihanat Mohammed, Medical Laboratory Science Student, University of Ilorin:

• Acknowledges the challenge of cutting soda but suggests substitutes like water, fruit juice, or healthy smoothies.

• Advocates for the benefits of Bittercola over candies.

• Emphasizes increased water intake, particularly during dry periods.

• Recognizes the health advantages of consuming Bittercola instead of candies.

• Prioritizes hydration, especially during dry weather conditions.

• Incorporates healthy habits like tracking menstruation and drinking warm water in the morning.

• Emphasizes the importance of fruit consumption in her diet.

Oladipo Tomi, Public Health Science Final Year Student, Kwara State University:

• Share valuable insight regarding toothpaste use and fluoride content, highlighting the importance of not rinsing the mouth after brushing to retain the fluoride's preventive effects against cavities and decay.
